Tara was absolutely amazing. We started looking for a house two years ago with very specific wants. She worked hard showing us so many homes. When we finally found the right house, she had our house listed within a few days. We had contracts on our house within 2 days. She helped us find the right buyer and answered all our questions so quickly. It was such a great and easy experience even with the couple bumps in the road we had. It was so great to work with a realtor who has so much knowledge in this crazy market!

Tara wasn’t my first realtor. I went with someone else first. MISTAKE. That realtor couldn’t sell my house. They didn’t look into the buyers’ financial backgrounds. But I switched to Tara, and Tara was all in the buyers’ business. I no longer live in the area, so she arranged for a handyman etc to go over everything- super useful. We listed on Monday and had 12 offers on Thursday. She checked on every single potential buyer’s lender. She made me a chart comparing all he buyers and their financials. The best offer was TENS of thousands more than my asking price. All her instincts were spot on. Tara also stayed in touch with the buyer’s realtor every step of the way. By doing so she shortened the turnaround time significantly, we avoided a lot of back and forth between lawyers. PROOF- my lawyer told me that this was the FASTEST transaction he had EVER assisted. Tara held my hand (virtually) every step of the way. I do not hesitate to recommend her 100%. She has a lot of confidence and experience, and she knew when we could hold firm and when to compromise.
I have zero doubts I could have received even one more dime for my house with any other realtor.
In other words, I got the most money in the shortest time. 10 out of 10, recommend

Tara is an exceptional realtor! She ALWAYS answered any and all questions within 24hrs. Returned phone calls promptly and accommodated to my schedule with showings. She is very honest and a REAL realtor. I felt the whole time I worked with her on submitting my offers she was in my corner for negotiations and gave me info to me straight.
Tara was always patient and I never felt pressured into a sale. I dragged her to many many many homes miles apart and NEVER did she complain!
If I could give Tara 10 stars I would!

Very helpful in every way. Communication was great and very responsive. She gave me a few references on lenders and inspectors she has worked with before and I was able to get a way better interest rate than my previous lender. I contacted Tara a year ago, with many questions and concerns about purchasing our first home.
