Tara has been selling Real Estate in Middle Tennessee since 2006. She has seen the market up and has seen it down. Hard work, commitment to succeeding and a wonderful sphere of clients have seen her through the difficulties of this business. She has consistently performed in the top quartile of agents in Middle Tennessee. She works this job full time and gives each of her clients her all. She handles residential listings and buyers, new construction and existing. She certified to handle relocation and to navigate through short sales. Most recently she earned her ASP (accredited staging professional), loves all aspects of this career, and is grateful to be able to do what she loves and calls it a job.
Prior to her career in Real Estate, she worked for the JCPenney corporation from 1992-1996 and again from 1999-2006. She held various positions over the years. Prior to changing careers in 2006, she was a Senior Customer Service Specialist. Her work experience in retail has certainly made her a better Realtor. She loves to sell houses, but there is so much more to her current job. Being able to communicate effectively, work with various personalities daily, and be able to negotiate in her clients’ best interest are all aspects of her job.
