For nearly two decades, Tara has dedicated her career to helping people achieve their real estate goals. From seasoned sellers to first-time buyers, she is committed to creating a seamless experience for her clients, empowering, and supporting them along the way.

Her experienced insight and down-to-earth approach have helped Tara market and sell over 300 Seattle-area homes, and she is proud of the fact that the majority of her business comes from client referrals. Knowing her clients trust her to advocate for their friends and family speaks to the care and empathy that she brings to her work as a broker.

Before joining Lake & Company Real Estate in 2003, Tara owned a successful consulting business providing branding and design services for brokerages, real estate agents, and property management companies. Seeing agents help their clients achieve one of the most important investments of their lives inspired Tara to become a broker herself.

When it is time to relax, they will find her exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her husband and two sons. She is passionate about food and loves hosting dinner parties for friends and neighbors at her West Seattle home. While they not traveling much these days, Tara will always be up for a spontaneous road trip, especially searching for new flavors and adventures.
