With 30 years of professional experience, I bring a unique combination of real estate knowledge, legal experience, negotiation skills, and business ownership to every transaction.
I have been a licensed real estate agent for 16 years and earned my Broker’s License 7 years ago because I believe that continuing education is essential to providing the highest level of service to my clients.
Before and alongside my real estate career, I spent 7 years as a real estate paralegal, developing a strong understanding of contracts, transaction management, title work, and real estate law. This experience gives me a valuable perspective when reviewing contracts, identifying potential concerns, and negotiating on behalf of my clients.
My business is built on results. I have sold $1.2 million in real estate so far this year and $4.1 million last year. I have helped clients buy and sell homes throughout New Hampshire, from Hinsdale to Hampton.
I am also a small-business owner, having operated my own paralegal business and now running my real estate team. My education includes a Master’s Degree from Boston University and an undergraduate degree from Bridgewater State University.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, history, walking, trees, animals, and discovering great coffee places. I am a proud mom of two boys, and our family includes Poe, a black cat, and Luna, our dog. I am also a military veteran and part of a first-responder family, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for service, commitment, and community.
