Chip & Tara were referred to us by a co-worker. We gave them a call, spoke about what we were looking for prices, schools, etc. They were amazing, they sent us a list right away that fit our wish list. We set up an appointment to go and look at some of the homes we liked. Chip was very professional in his thoughts, opinions and overall presence. Once we found the home we decided to purchase, they both went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair price and what we wanted. Even after we closed they were still there to help us out when needed. We loved them so much, we referred them to our nephew who also used them to purchase his house. They were professional, but so nice and friendly at the same time. They were always there to answer any questions in regard to the purchase, dealing with our builder, and delayed closing. We plan on using them again if we move or buy another house. The customer service we received is by far the best we've ever endured. Simply amazing to work with.

A good friend recommended that we use Chip and Tara Pearsall for the sell of our home. Chip and Tara were both extremely valuable with their input and helped us to sell not only our home but 3 investment properties and a parcel of land as well. All properties sold quickly and easily. I was very impressed with their work ethics and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
