Mrs. Tate's involvement with our buying process made everything go a lot smoother. Her dedication to our cause was something that definitely deserves recognition as she was up late hours of the day answering any questions that we had and looking up homes that we were interested in purchasing. After about 50 homes, one of the ones that were taken before we could place a bid on it, came back onto the market and we were able to take it the second time around. Mrs. Tate never once complained about the 5 or 6 listings we would see in a day, was always on time to each listing and always had a print out of each home containing pertinent details that would help us make our decisions. My wife and I were very fortunate to meet someone like her and we definitely look forward to purchasing our bigger home in the future and will definitely give her a call first to help us with that venture.

Eureka! Finally an agent in a PR position with a PR attitude. Ms. Tate is the hard charger mold. For one of the largest items that I will ever purchase, Taresha was constantly a step or three ahead taking care of business. She was ALWAYS available, positive and comforting. If I felt as though I asked too many questions, called too late or didn't understand, her response was a warm NO PROBLEM. Ms. Tate will try her best to get you what you are looking for, because she pays attention. If you want a top notch agent who cares, please believe me Taresha is the one. I would rate her one of the most competent, enthusiastic and intelligent agents around for others to emulate. Again, thank you Ms. Tate for giving us stability in a home that we love.
