Tawanda Gilliard was a saint with assisting me with finding the right home for me! She went above and beyond to make sure that my home had everything that I was looking for. Her patience was phenomenal!!! She was excellent with following up with me through the entire process. The fact that she cared, listened, and made sure I got the best deal for my home was an ABSOLUTE PLUS and I respect her HIGHLY!!!

I would like to start off stating that Mrs. Gilliard is absolutely the best realtor I've ever encountered. Initially the Veterans Administration VA assigned me a realtor. The assigned realtor made me feel as though my loan approval amount wasn't worth his time. I openly expressed my concerns to a co-worker who referred Mrs. Gillard. I must admit, this was one of the best days ever. Although it was Sunday and i didn't want to invade on her family time; Mrs. Gilliard was ready to work. I knew she had other clients, however she always made me feel as though I was the only one. She was always a phone call and drive away whenever i wanted to view a home. She explained the entire process from finding a home to final closing. She also brought me back to reality every time i thought about exceeding my budget. Mrs. Gilliard exceeded my expectations by going above her responsibilities. If it was in her power, she made it happen; if it wasn't in her power, she found someone else who could fulfil my needs. She has a great relationship with contractors and others in place to service all her client home needs. I could write a book on how excellent Mrs. Gilliard is, however I will just say that she is the best, she is my ONLY choice when looking for a home and my ONLY recommendation to others. I wish there were more honest and helpful realtors like her. She is definitely a great role model for anyone working in the industry.
