Born and raised in Coalinga, California, I am a proud licensed Realtor since 1991 and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I began my real estate journey in Corvallis, Oregon, and obtained my associate broker’s license in Oregon in 1995. My experiences working in Central and Southern Oregon eventually led me back to California, where I became licensed in 1996. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in Coalinga, Southern Oregon at The Real Estate Center in Medford, and Paso Robles at Prudential Hallmark Real Estate. In 2003, I decided to open my own brokerage, Mid State Realty, after moving back to Coalinga.
As a ranch owner in Warthan Canyon, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in a variety of real estate sectors, including subdivision sales, rural residential properties, lots and land, and commercial, as well as resale residential properties. My dedication to the community has been recognized by Fresno Magazine with multiple "Five Star" awards and the Coalinga Chamber of Commerce's Citizen of the Year award and business of the year.
At Mid State Realty, I lead a team of five Sales Associates, including a Spanish-speaking associate, and a full-time assistant. Together, we have built a successful and reputable business through hard work and commitment. I take an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all my real estate transactions and understand the importance of going above and beyond to ensure my clients receive the best service possible.
