If I could give 10 out of 10 I would. Extremely professional, honest and attentive. Taylor helped my family and I look at several homes. We knew what we wanted but had trouble finding it with how hot the real estate market is currently. Even with looking at multiple homes not once did she pressure us to settle on a home that didn’t meet our needs. My wife and I really felt we found a real estate agent who worked relentlessly for us and in the end found us exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with her services. We recently
referred a family member to work with her as well and will continue to send her our family, friends in the future. Thanks again Taylor.

Taylor conducted the sale of my in-law's house a few months ago. They were a little anxious about the process but Taylor did a great job explaining it all, managing expectations, and leading them through the sale of their home. She communicated every step of the way and was always available when my in-laws had questions. Taylor is very detail-oriented, but more importantly she's great at building and maintaining relationships; you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be happy with the result. I would strongly recommend Taylor to anyone looking to buy or sell.

To say Taylor worked hard for us is an understatement. We weren’t ready to buy, but due to unfortunate circumstances we had to. She was always optimistic, thorough and honest. Taylor never gave up on us and got us to as many showings as possible as quickly as possible. Taylor is the best Realtor in the market. She delivers on everything she commits to and is honest & up front. She is on top of all the details and is always on her customers team.
There are so many realtors who promise the world and deliver little. Taylor was awesome we had a very tough house to sell, it took awhile, but she never lost interest or gave up. We had a steady stream of showings.

All you can ask is that someone act with honesty and integrity and that they communicate. Taylor did all this and more. She is not only a great Realtor she is a better person. We would never consider another Realtor.

Taylor Ferretti was absolutely awesome! The first meeting with her was to setup the expectations of selling our current home at the time. She already knew of the area we were looking to move into, so she provided the comps for our sale and the information for the new location in an organized folder. She will work tirelessly to get what you need. Transaction was seamless and all items were addressed as soon as possible but most times right away.
