My wife and I met Taylor the day before we made an offer on a house. At the time, she was not our realtor, but she made herself available on a Sunday after a holiday to represent us. Taylor is the perfect match for us when it comes to a realtor! Her expertise and knowledge helped us land the home we wanted multiple times, even in multiple offer scenarios. She is easily available to answer any questions and went above and beyond helping us find the perfect AL home while we were 100% out of the state. She FaceTimed with us and described each home so well. It seemed like we were there with her and she made it such a breeze. Patients and communication were key with us and Taylor exceeded our expectations. She even was able to recommend us a wonderful contractor for some needed repair/renovations. I have heard horror stories of agents not answering the phone when a client needed something . She would answer any time of day and give me the answers I needed . Thank you so much !! We moved from across the country and were only able to make one visit to look at houses and towns in person. There is not enough space here to capture what Taylor from Realty ONE Group Titanium did for me during my home buying process. To keep it as condensed as I can, Taylor was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions, gave me fantastic recommendations for a broker (Nick Fowler from North AL Mortgage, the GOAT) and home inspector (Chris Bowman from Up and Up Home Inspections, SUPER thorough), and provided everything that I needed in order to get paperwork / processes completed.

She is not only a fantastic realtor, but also someone I ended up leaning very hard on and she proved that she is a loving, caring, compassionate human being. You do not see that a lot these days. I had a major life gut puncher occur during this process, and she took care of everything behind the scenes and still took the time to make sure to check up on me and that I was doing okay.

You cannot quantify the service she provided me not just in the respect of purchasing a home, but the genuine relationship and truly someone that I never thought in a million years I needed in my life during this time. I will remember and hope to still be in contact with her for the rest of my life!
