About Taylor

Taylor Marino doesn't approach real estate like most agents, and that's exactly the point.

As principal clarinetist of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Taylor has spent his life mastering an art that demands precision, preparation, and grace under pressure. A single performance leaves no room for error. Every detail is rehearsed, every risk calculated, every audience read in real time. He brings that same artistry to the negotiating table.

A Charlotte native, Taylor spent eight years honing his craft in New York City and Los Angeles before being drawn home by the energy of a city on the rise, and the chance to help others find their place in it. He went on to found Maestro Realty Group, his own Charlotte brokerage, built on the belief that a real estate transaction should feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership.

Taylor works across every price point and property type, from condos and townhomes to single-family houses, multimillion-dollar luxury estates, and the full range of commercial and investment real estate: multifamily apartments, warehouses, and 1031 exchanges. With a family rooted in commercial real estate law, he pairs an artist's intuition with genuine business acumen. And he doesn't just advise investors, he is one. Taylor owns and operates investment property in Charlotte, including a rental he converted and developed himself, so when he talks cash flow, value-add, and long-term strategy, he's speaking from experience, not theory.

That same eye for detail extends well beyond the closing table. A Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Taylor brings a deep appreciation for craft, quality, and the finer things to everything he does, and is as at home discussing a property's wine cellar as he is its cap rate. He serves on the board of Charlotte Wine + Food, which has raised millions over three decades for local children's charities, and gives back to the musical community that shaped him by mentoring the next generation of young musicians. It all comes down to one philosophy: a love of this city, excellence in the details, and genuine care for the people he serves.

Whether you're a first-time buyer stepping into the market, a seller seeking top dollar, or an investor scaling a portfolio, Taylor offers what he gives every audience: total focus, deep preparation, and a result you'll remember.

Because in music and in real estate, the magic is in the details.
