About Taylor

As a Des Moines native, I’ve been fortunate to develop a wide network of friends, colleagues, and references in this great city. My brief time away from the metro took me to St. Ambrose University, where I majored in Corporate Finance and Accounting. After graduating, I worked in the corporate world for four years in the banking & finance sectors. However, I eventually found my way home to Des Moines, to start a family and pursue my passion in real estate.

My real estate career began at Iowa Realty, where I enjoyed nearly 4 years of learning, before transitioning to Coluzzi Real Estate, Inc - an independent, locally-owned brokerage with backgrounds in construction, renovations, and sales. As a full-time Broker Associate, I have extensive experience in residential sales & property management, and have qualified for IAR’s Individual Achievement Award every year since becoming an agent.
