Taylor Pulliam is a dedicated real estate broker with a love for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Since earning his license in 2019 and fully committing to real estate in 2020, Taylor has guided clients through seamless transactions, whether they’re buying their first home, a vacation property, or a strategic investment. A graduate of ECU in 2009, Taylor’s journey has been shaped by meaningful milestones. His career began in sales management, where he met his wife, who was pursuing a master’s in occupational therapy. A job opportunity brought them to Wilmington in 2015, where they embraced the coastal lifestyle and made it their permanent home.

Family remains the driving force behind everything Taylor does. Some of his favorite memories involve wearing his kids on his chest while showing houses, blending his love for real estate with family life. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Wilmington and North Carolina’s coastal gems, woodworking, and tackling home improvement projects.
