Hi, I’m Taylor Brianne Smith, a full-time REALTOR® proudly serving both Tennessee and Kentucky.

Since 2021, real estate has been more than a career for me — it’s been a way to connect with people, explore new places, and help families plant roots. I’m known for being a hardworking negotiator, a calming guide when things get stressful, and someone who genuinely cares about each client’s journey.

I specialize in first-time buyers and relocation, with a special love for rural living. With my MRP and PSA designations, I bring both strategy and heart to every transaction. I’ve spent years learning from top agents and mentors, believing fully in collaboration over competition.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to a 5-year-old and love being involved in his school community. You’ll often find me exploring new towns, attending local events, or finding hidden gems to share with my clients.
