Taylor Steed

Taylor Steed founded FourT Realty with her father Tom in 2010. She is responsible for sourcing, developing and underwriting all commercial and residential real estate ventures for FourT Realty.
Prior to relocating to Austin, Taylor was an associate in the Debt Placement Group at Eastdil Secured in New York City. While there, she successfully closed more than $1.5 billion of permanent and interim financing, and more than $500 million of secondary loan sales. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Taylor was an associate with Capmark, also in New York, and an analyst with Clark Realty Capital in Washington, D.C.
