Taylor Wardlow

Taylor Wardlow is one of the newest and most exciting members of Curated Living at Compass RE. After relocating to Philadelphia in 2019 for her husband’s residency program she fells more in love with Philly each day. Taylor is originally from Columbia, Maryland, but both she and her husband have family ties to the Philadelphia area and plan to settle nearby long term. Taylor’s favorite neighborhoods in Philly to spend time in are Rittenhouse, Graduate Hospital and Point Breeze, all of which are also areas that she has lived in and can now provide an enhanced perspective on for future clients.

Taylor and her family currently live in Hockessin, DE a suburb of Philadelphia. She often takes her kids to the city since she and her husband miss the hustle and bustle of city life. Well known for her positive and enthusiastic attitude, Taylor loves to socialize with her neighbors and community members. She is also an avid reader, so she is always looking for new spaces that she can read and spend time with her kids.

Taylor worked in retail and was an executive assistant for more than 15 years before becoming a realtor. She loves working with people to guarantee that they have the best experience possible. Her dedication to experience that developed from working with customers on a daily basis in retail paved the way for her to become an executive assistant to corporate leaders in Pharma and Biotech, and now a dedicated realtor. Her ability to manage competing high-level priorities, maintain confidentiality, and handling of sensitive information has uniquely prepared her for a successful real estate career.

The clients are truly what made Taylor fall in love with real estate. Buying and selling a home is such a monumental moment in the lives of clients, so the ability to make sure they have a great experience is really impactful to her.
