Extremely grateful to have Jeannie and Matt along with my families journey of selling our house. It was an adventure as we put our house on the market just as the market was turning. I'm bursting with happy emotions. It would be impossible to offer enough thanks to equal what's deserved.
A couple of months ago I was unable to call where I lived "home". The environment was not fitting 'for me' and because I had a mortgage I felt trapped. Shortly after meeting Jeannie, she heard my story and ensured I wasn't trapped. In fact she already had in mind several market tactics to not only get me out of my environment, but potentially get me exactly what I did want. Being an individual of not-the-best-luck, I was skeptical I could end up in any win win situation. However her direct, to the point intent, made me completly confident. So I gave her my full trust, and she took the lead.
Following her recommendations knowing she's a professional of the trade, our entire process was seamless. The low impact house prep and open house scheduling allowed us to continue living while our house was on the market.
At listing time, the market was doing weird things and her Team knew exactly what games to play right back to keep our listing looking prime above others. With several other active listings in our neighborhood we had constant competition. Her attention to detail and understanding current buyers desires, set us apart from the pack with a unique add. That equalled our house selling Fast and before every other one around.
And wouldn't you know it... That transaction gave my family enough proceeds to purchase a property we never in our dreams thought we could own. We've landed at a place easily called home.
The communication couldn't have been better, we knew and expected everything that carried through from beginning to end.

We were so fortunate to have found Jeannie and Matt Young as our buying agents. We are first time home buyers, and we had no clue in where or how to start this process. We found ourselves in a situation where we had 3 months available to find a house and move out of our current place. I haven't had much hope that we will find something in such a short time, and in today's market( houses are selling within days after being listed). So when Jeannie said" we'll find a house for you", I felt the confidence in her voice and I really, truly believed that she will do everything she could to make it happen for us. The house that we got was the second house that we saw, that's how good she is at her job!!! My wife and I worked with Matt to buy our first home. I'm certain that buying a home is always stressful, but it's especially so when it's a first home and there's just so much that you don't know.

Matt was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and overall just incredibly friendly - we felt super comfortable throughout the entire process. When there were problems during the closing process (caused by the lender and title company both dropping the ball), Matt stayed on top of everything and made us really feel like we were in good hands.

As first time home buyers, the whole process was extremely overwhelming and daunting. When we started working with Matt and Jeannie, they broke the whole process down and explained everything thoroughly. They were warm, welcoming, honest, and professional from the get go. They never felt judgmental, and when we had any questions they made sure they were answered in a very timely manner. When it came to making offers, they were our advocates. I'm pretty sure that neither of them sleep or take days off because we really felt like we were star clients. When I interviewed them I made it clear I needed a full service team, and WOW did they come thru. They helped me find movers, storage units, handled the carpet cleaners, cleaning service and staging all without me having to lift a finger. Matt even came over and shoveled snow off my side walks! Team young is a wonderful dynamic duo. They helped me find the perfect home. They took the time and had the patience to identify my lifestyle needs and match it to the ideal neighborhoods and home. Once I purchased they continued to readily respond and send me references for my remodeling needs (handyman, painter, etc.). When I was ready to sell I went right back to team young and once again they went above and beyond to make the sell smooth. They helped in staging for photos and for open houses. I sold the home within 2 weeks of posting at full asking price. It was amazing to have a one stop call for everything. They took care of so much so I didn't have to worry or be consumed with it. All I had to do was focus on transitioning my family. The only downfall is that they are in the seattle area and I am now in Oregon. If i make it back to Seattle or surrounding areas I will definitely go straight to them.
