Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Teck has lived and worked all over the U.S. and Canada, as he first built a successful career in investment banking. He previously worked in management consulting at Deloitte and was also the VP of Real Estate at Morgan Stanley. Since then, Teck has switched to solely focus on real estate, utilizing his professional background and personal experience in real estate investments to serve his clients.

While he is a consummate expert in nationwide and regional real estate trends (particularly the Eastside), Teck prides himself on his ability to get to know each of his clients — learning about their needs and providing tailored service to help them find success. Teck knows that a real estate transaction comes with its own ups and downs, so he prefers to put his clients in control of the situation, never pressuring them to make a decision with which they are not comfortable with.

In negotiations, Teck takes a cooperative approach, crafting win-win situations that serve both the buyer and seller. Communication is crucial in this industry, and it is also why Teck loves serving clients in Cantonese or Mandarin. When he is not working, Teck can be found traveling, skiing, enjoying the outdoors with his wife Yvette and two children.
