For nearly 4 decades Ted has been an active full time participant in the growth and evolution of the South Florida real estate market during which time he has experienced and weathered the full volatility of the industry, always managing to find a positive and successful path for continued professional growth.
Early in his real estate career Ted discovered that his core fulfillment was best realized by openly sharing and promoting his passion for the industry with his peers, eagerly focusing his energies on management and training opportunities -especially targeting emerging technologies as agent appropriate to dealing with the ever-increasing tech-savvy level of the real estate public.
During his extensive career, Ted has been fortunate to successfully manage branch offices for some of the best in the business, -Arvida, Coldwell Banker, Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway, ever learning and expanding his knowledge base, and always freely returning same in full to any agent wishing to improve their market share or personal expertise.
Ted’s market knowledge is enhanced by giving back to the real estate community. His years of volunteer service include past Chairman of the Boca Raton MLS Committee, Member of the South Palm Beach County Conversion Task Force, Director of the inception quad-county Regional MLS Board and currently sits on the Beaches MLS Committee.
Born in Buffalo, NY, Ted was educated in Toronto, Canada before spending nearly 20 years building a multi-faceted entrepreneurial group of service related companies in Nassau, Bahamas and Kingston, Jamaica.
As 40+ year residents of Boca Raton, Ted and his wife Pam happily raised their 2 daughters in Palm Beach County and now proudly delight as their 6 grandchildren follow closely in their parents’ footsteps.
