Ted Caligiuri

Ted Caligiuri is a Commercial Real Estate Consultant with Century 21 Full Realty Services. He provides brokerage and advisory services to clients in Investment Properties and Multiple Types of Commercial Property transactions. Licensed since 1989, Ted is focused on using his financial and market analysis experience to assist clients in making and executing their investment management decisions. For 20 years, Mr. Caligiuri has been an active management consultant and leader of a number of businesses, including consumer product companies and a family held Real Estate Company. He has managed a variety of companies in the product and service industries. His real estate experience includes work with major aerospace companies in facilities utilization analysis and disposition decisions. He has successfully assisted client in their facilities expansions, relocations and dispositions. He has sold and leased industrial, office, and commercial and property throughout the San Diego County market. In the current market, Mr. Caligiuri is assisting customers in property sales and/or workouts in disposition of their distressed assets and performing distressed bulk asset transactions with institutional sellers and a number of privately funded buying groups. He is working hard to bring consistent distressed product sourcing to his larger clients on a nation wide basis. As a CCIM candidate, Ted has completed all of the course requirements for this designation. Ted received his M.B.A. at California State University, Long Beach, California and his B.A. at San Diego State University.
