Ted Ciaccia

Ted Ciaccia has an extensive sales and marketing background, which enables him to stay focused on his client's needs and fulfill their requirements. Prior to relocating to South Florida, Mr. Ciaccia was an advertising executive in New York City representing clients in the entertainment, media, and cosmetics industry, such as Atlantic Records, Avon, and Time Warner.

Mr. Ciaccia represents individuals, corporations, and developers interested in the sale, purchase, or lease of single-user buildings. He also has extensive experience in traditional distribution warehouses, development facilities, entire industrial parks as well and investment properties throughout South Florida. Mr. Ciaccia was instrumental in the development and leasing of space at The Stacole Center in the South Commerce Industrial Park, and leasing the first building at the FAU Research and Development campus in Boca Raton.

Most recently, Mr. Ciaccia has been involved in the new development of High Ridge Commerce Park a 350,000 square feet industrial park in north Boynton Beach, FL, and High Ridge Commerce Centers I, II, and III (a 200,000 square feet multi-tenant condominium Flex warehouse project), all of which were sold prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy (CO). He is also involved in the redevelopment of Regency Business Plaza in Boynton Beach and Twin Lakes Professional Center in Boca Raton. Both of the properties were multi-tenant lease properties that are being converted to commercial condominiums.

Currently, Ted is the 2006 past President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches sits on the Board of Directors of the Realtors Associations of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and is an Alternate Director of the National Association of Realtors. Ted is a candidate for SIOR, (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). He is actively involved in the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), is a Committee Member of the Legislative Committee for FAR, and sits on the Government Affairs Committee and Fiancé Committee for RAPB and Fidelity Federal Bank Advisory Board.
