My husband and I met Ted when went to view a property we found through Zillow. I immediately knew that he was someone that was going to look out for our best interest so we decided to work with him exclusively.

Anytime that we texted Ted to show us a property he responded promptly and got us in as soon as possible. Often times, within hours. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and made the process fun. Our entire family bonded with him quickly. We never felt pressured or judged when we had concerns about a property. When we decided to make an offer on a home, he gave great advice and really advocated for us. He put a lot of time and effort in, keeping us updated all along the way.

We didn't end up purchasing a property, deciding to put the house hunt on hold because the market is insane right now. We will definitely call Ted when we are ready to begin again and will happily refer him to friends, family and strangers.

Ted was great! He is knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and quickly understood what we were looking for. He was very patient and had wonderful insights to the homes we were looking at.

We finally found the home we liked, and Ted was masterful in the negotiations with the out of state buyers who had been renting the home for many years. The complexity of negotiations was very well handled by Ted and we ended up with the house we wanted at a very fair price.

Not only would I recommend Ted, but I will be purchasing more properties myself with him. I am not generally a person who gives 5 stars, so please understand that I think Ted is truly exceptional.

As a property investor I have worked with lots of realtors and Ted clearly stands above any others I have dealt with in Florida.

I reached out to Ted based on the amazing reviews I’d read about him online. We were buying our second house after moving to a new area and had a short timeline. Ted was very knowledgeable about the area so I felt very comfortable with him from the start. He understood the market very well and our needs. He was also so responsive throughout the whole process. His personable manner and professionalism really set him apart. He even stepped in to assist in the evening hours the day before closing to assist with a minor communication issue on behalf of the mortgage company. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Central Florida. I know our home purchase experience was extremely delightful and he was a big part of that. We first met Ted almost 5 years ago when we bought our first home with him for our Son who was studying @ UCF at the time and had a great smooth transaction. It was a Foreclosure I remember and Ted's communication with us, the listing agent and the bank was phenomenal, we did not have to do anything! Our recent second home we bought for us in Winter Springs which was by far the longest house hunting ever - for almost 2 years looking - Ted was so patient (to say the least) with us throughout our two years of uncertainty of moving to Orlando. He is a very professional, responsive and most of all looks out for his clients best interest!
