Teddy Pins serves as Director of Education and is a licensed broker, REALTOR, national speaker, educator, coach, and founder of Radius Residential Partners. Born into a Southern California real estate family, Teddy developed an early passion for marketing and client service, graduating from St. Louis University with a degree in Communications and Marketing.
Teddy has led Fortune 50 marketing campaigns, multiple sales teams, and is an expert strategist, negotiator, and real estate investor. He is passionate about helping clients use real estate as a vehicle to build wealth. As an agent educator, Teddy is committed to imparting the industry’s highest professional standards and best practices to the next generation of realtors. Named one of Nashville Business Journal’s Top 25 Agents and Nashville Lifestyle’s Favorite Realtor, Teddy ranks in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide. He is the co-author of NAR’s course on Buyer Representation in New Construction and co-founder of Skill Centered Coaching.
Each summer since 1996, Teddy mentors’ young adults in Michigan at the American Youth Foundation’s National Leadership Conference. He lives in Nashville and enjoys hiking and boating with his 80-pound rescue pit, Bobo.
