About Teresa

Teresa had been with Sandpoint Realty since 1998, having first served as office manager, then moving to full time agent status. Now at present Teresa is working for Century21 RiverStone.

After visiting the Sandpoint area year after year since 1980, Teresa and her family decided to leave Southern California and make a fresh start in the Northwest in 1992. They all participate in community and school activities such as volleyball, golf, softball, basketball, snowboarding, and boating on Lake Pend Oreille.

Teresa is blessed with a wonderful sense of humor, great energy and boundless enthusiasm. Since Teresa is so family-oriented, she has become an expert on the schools, extra-curricular activities, clubs and organizations that cater to families. As a result, when new families come to Sandpoint to relocate or investigate relocation to the area, it is Teresa who is the best ambassador and information source for the community.
