Valerie is great! I called her one Sunday morning about a home my Wife and I had interest in. She set up a showing that morning! We walked through the house and loved it. Our purchasing this home would be contingent on selling our current home. She walked us through the process of putting our house on the market the very same day and was prepared to have us on the market ASAP. I was really impressed with her knowledge of the process and how comfortable she made us feel. Valerie had shown us homes before and they just didn't do it for us. Every time we said it wasn't the home for us, she never made us feel bad and always found something else meeting the exact requirements we spoke of. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. It's a no brainer to have Valerie represent you for your next sale or purchase!

As I am told, the business opened its doors in Homewood, IL just as the doors of homes were shutting out the rest of the world amidst theCOVID-19 Pandemic. Still, Teresa did the seemingly impossible job of listing our house a mere three months later, marketing it so well that well that we immediately had five showings AND in a little over 24 hours we received two amazing offers.
