Teresa Pearce is a treasure in the Northern Alabama real-estate industry. We moved to Northern Alabama for a job in May of 2023 and had a short time line to find a home, my wife and I could agree upon.

With this knowledge, Teresa worked extensive hours, and countless miles driving all over the Huntsville/Florence area showing us homes that might fit our needs and endless list of wants.

With her guidance of the home buying process, extensive list of home inspectors, electricians, plumbers, banking and finance professional/s, and her knowledge of the area, Teresa made the buying process as smooth as possible and served as the calm head in a turbulent time in our life. We closed on a home in Killen on July 10th.
