Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Nevada City, CA. --- My family had a very unique situation, and Teresa went the extra mile to get to know our specific needs and our situation. She was always available to show us houses, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the area. She didn't try to sell us houses that wouldn't work for us, in fact she was very honest with us, and wanted to help us find just the right house to fit our needs. The buying process was made simple by Teresa. Though there were many speed bumps thrown out there by our bank, she hurdled them and made them look easy. I know that she worked really hard on our behalf, and I appreciate her professionalism, negotiating skills, knowledge and experience, and especially the personal touch she puts into all of her relationships. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Nevada City, CA. --- Teresa Prock is the best. She researched houses that met our criteria, escorted us from house to house, talked about the area, showed us schools, shopping, parks and things to do. She took care of all of the details of the offer, counter offer, negotiatons, meeting inspectors at the property to let them in. She smoothed over the bumps along the way to make our home purchase a wonderful and satisfying experience. We are still moving in, but our new home is terrific and Teresa helped make it possible. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Nevada City, CA. --- We bought a vacation house in Nevada City in October, and Teresa helped us. She was extremely easy to communicate with, always available, and she managed to get us into the house in under 3 weeks from first visit to getting the keys! Her knowledge of the process, the key stakeholders, her negotiations skills... all made it possible. But the most important thing that Teresa brought to the table is her knowledge of the area, and her integrity in delivering that knowledge. She is simply put trustworthy. She was never trying to push us to buy a house, she was always notifying us if she noticed something wrong, and using her network to answer any questions or doubt we may have. She is simply the best Agent we have ever worked with!

Our house hunting experience was very smooth thanks to Teresa's knowledge of the area. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $475K in Grass Valley, CA. --- We had the pleasure of working with Teresa this year in both selling and buying our new home (which we close escrow on tomorrow!), and would like to take this opportunity to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Teresa had her work cut out for her with us... we had many requirements for our new home, and that combined with a low market inventory presented quite a challenge! Teresa went above and beyond to help us in our hunt, showing us many houses with great patience and flexibility. She worked around our schedule (busy work schedule and our toddler's nap schedule!) and was always prompt in returning phone calls, emails, and getting any info we needed. Pleased as we already were, Teresa's true colors really shined when the first home we were in escrow on ended up having some big issues upon inspection. She insisted we have further inspections, and in light of our findings she encouraged us to back out of the escrow, even though that meant forfeiting her own big paycheck that was right around the corner. It meant so much that she looked out for us in that way, and she has again and again proven to truly have our best interests at heart. With that said, we highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a competent, savvy, professional to assist in their real estate needs.

Sold a home in 2013 in Sabre City, CA 95843. --- Teresa is amazing. She listens and absorbs what you tell her immediately and retains all that information. I don't know how she does it; she has many clients but is responsive and always available. Her advice is fair and honest. if you ever need a truly excellent real-estate agent with experience and wisdom you could never go wrong with Teresa. The reason we chose Teresa; she had facilitated a complicated purchase to help us buy 5 acres of land to build our dream home on; found a contractor to recommend to make that dream come true. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400K in Rough And Ready, CA. --- We first met Teresa outside her real estate office when she came out while we were looking at the posted listings. We remembered her a few months later when we decided to work with an agent and we gave her a call. Teresa was very interested in what we each wanted in a property, which were in some ways contradictory. She showed us a number of properties and gave us the pro's and con's of the areas around Grass Valley. She always said how we would know our place when we saw it, but we didn't expect it to be the first place we saw. With her assistance, after we considered all of the properties, we decided to make an offer - even though it was a short sale with 2 lenders. Teresa wrote the offer up in such a way that our offer had to be fully processed before other offers could be considered. This proved to be critical, and we may not have been successful without that clause. In the end we got the property and couldn't be happier! Teresa was observant and candid about the properties we viewed and was very up front and informative concerning the realities of the offer and purchase process. She was a great asset!
