I have had the pleasure to work with Teri twice over the last 3 years. When I first met Teri, it was my first time buying a new home. She made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience fun. She kept me focused on the big picture while she handled all the details. When it was time to put that same home on the market there was no question in my mind that Teri would help me with that process as well. We had a several solid offers the very first day the home was on the market. This happened because of her advice on staging and her marketing strategy.
