The Frye Team

The Frye Team is outstanding! I have bought and sold several properties over the years but never in such a tough market. They handled the sale of my townhouse with extraordinary care and attention to detail. I had moved so this was a remote transaction which added to my reliance on them. They took up the challenge willingly and guided me through the process with professionalism meeting each inevitable obstacle with good humor and diligence. They exceeded my expectations.

Working with Anna to sell our home was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From our very first meeting, it was clear she had a deep understanding of the current market. After our initial walkthrough, Anna and Teri provided excellent advice on how to perfectly time our listing and prepare our home for sale. The marketing—especially the photography—was top-notch. Anna even brought in their in-house staging expert to arrange the house so it truly stood out for showings.

Throughout the entire process, Anna was incredibly communicative. She always answered our questions promptly, kept us in the loop after every showing, and was a huge help right up through the final walkthrough. We received an offer in under a week! When it came to negotiations, the team was fantastic and secured a final sale price that fully met our expectations. They made a normally stressful process feel completely seamless. I cannot recommend Anna, Teri, and the Fyre/The Rezerve team highly enough!
