Teri worked very hard to help us find a property that suited our needs. She not only took ample time to show any property that we were interested in, but also searched for other properties that fit our description of what we were looking for. Many times, Teri had already checked on the property to give us more of an idea for whether or not it would meet our expectations. Once we selected a property, Teri worked to help up with the offer phase of the purchase and provided excellent, knowledgeable advice for our next step in the process. Teri helped us out tremendously. She not only found us a house with 20 acres as our first home, but when the 20 acres next door came up for sale she was already helping us to acquire it as well. We had a stressful time with the lender but never with Terri. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a reliable agent who communicates frequently and gives great advice. We were living out of state when we decided to move to Oklahoma. Teri sent information and was always available for questions as we prepared for our search. We drove in to Oklahoma with 3 days to find a home. Otherwise we'd be renting and moving twice, so it was pretty intense. Teri spent the whole 3 days with us and showed great patience as my husband and I had different ideas of the perfect house and what we were willing to compromise on. She showed us every house that caught our eye and when we ran out of those she spent the evening coming up with more possibilities. We found our house and while we finished out things in New Mexico, Teri handled all the inspections and other details for us in Oklahoma. Teri went above and beyond. We were very selective with our house selection and Teri was very patient with us. She was also very honest with us with regard to the houses we inquired about. During the first few showings she asked a lot of questions regarding what we liked and what we wanted. After finding out what we wanted, she would directly contact us and let us know there was one that she thought we might like. She was never pushy; was always helpful, and extremely patient with our 6 month selective process. We have no complaints whatsoever regarding her service and ability. When we finally found the house we wanted, she worked continuously with the sellers agent to get the deal completed. She was always flexible and would rearrange her schedule for us. She was very personable and sincerely cared about us getting a house we could be happy with; it was evident from the very beginning that she was concerned with us being happy and not just making a sale.
