About Teri
As a lifelong Oregonian, Teri is deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest’s nature-loving culture. Her home and her heart have always been in this region, and she wants to help others find their home here too. She’s invested in helping people from all communities secure housing and begin building and growing generational wealth.
Home, form, and structure have always been a fascination for Teri and have informed the paths she’s taken along the way. After graduating from Parkrose High School, she attended the University of Oregon School of Architecture. From there she set out for the Oregon Forest where she built a cabin on six acres and lived there for several years.
Teri has been helping clients sell and buy property for nearly two decades, and—after brokering hundreds of transactions in every type of real estate market—she continues to learn something new from every client. Listening to her clients and understanding their wants and needs is how she helps them sell their home quickly and transition into their next home.
Teri worked with more than 60 real estate agents when she served as the Managing Principal Broker for a local brokerage. In this role, she guided agents through their most difficult sales. She is well-versed in complex situations and ready to advise clients, whether they’re buying or selling their first home, their sixth multiplex, a rural property, a condominium or townhome, or looking to perform a 1031 Exchange.
She’s a soft-hearted dynamo who negotiates fairly yet fiercely for every client. She learned the balance of being steadfast and bold by watching her whip-smart mom run their family business. Every day she takes the lessons she learned from her and uses them to advocate for folks in her community. No matter your budget, taking the first step towards homeownership is vital. The time is now.
In her off hours, she finagles her way into the out of doors one way or another, finds a pool, or curls up with a good book. She shares her Ladd’s Addition home with her partner Perci and their sweet pooch Devo.
