The thought of looking for a home in this current ‘crazy’ market is pretty daunting for us until we are introduced to Terra. She’s been amazing throughout the whole process, helping us with every single little thing to help us find our first home, even when it took many house visits and long discussions. She has so much experience in her hands and her advice and perspectives are so helpful for us. Overall very grateful to find her and her team, they made the whole process seamless!

We chose Terra Shoaf as our realtor when we recently sold a rental property we have owned for many years. We had worked with Terra in the past when we built our current home and had such a great experience with her that she was the first person we called when we had another real estate endeavor. Terra is professional but very personable. She helped evaluate the property, made recommendations on repair companies to remedy any issues found, and did a great job of pricing and marketing the property. Once an offer was received and accepted, we were kept informed of the progress towards closing. Finally, at closing, Terra met us at the office for the signing and stayed to talk with us afterwards. I highly recommend Terra if you want an honest, hard-working, professional Realtor on your side. I know we will be working with her again in the future.

Wow, where to start?! Well first off Terra came highly recommended from virtually everyone that has worked with her. Her reputation was established far before I utilized her services and it definitely was demonstrated through the whole process. Terra wasn’t pushy in anyway and always laid out all the options in a manner that made choosing my home very calming. She was quick to respond. Didn’t matter what time it was. I once text messaged her after midnight and was responded to immediately. She had an engine that never wore down as she was always constantly working to find the right home for me. When she did find that home, she made sure to scrape every dollar, every concession, and every possible benefit she could on my behalf. There was nothing left in a gray area and everything was so detailed in her approach. I don’t think I could retain anyone else but Terra ok the future. If you’re looking for a home or looking to sell, look no further than Terra for an incredible experience!

I met with Kendra today because I’ve been renting for 8+ years! I had no idea, in this market, I’d even be able to buy a home. She set me up with a search and educated me on how buying I may actually save money over my current rent. I really didn’t know how this process works and I’ve always defaulted to an online search. I’m relieved and happy now I have someone to go through this process with. Highly recommend working with Kendra!
