I am a first-time homebuyer. By nature, I’m very cautious and after meeting with 3 OTHER realtors I was discouraged by their lack of personal attention and ability to answer the many questions I had about the most important purchase I was going to make.

That was until we found Terrell Bolden. We found Terrell through a family friend. Set up a phone meeting and things could have not gone better. We worked together to identify our needs and adjusted the strategies to increase the chance of success.

In this crazy real estate market, the house-hunting process was like taking a roller-coaster ride, but with Terrell’s help, he made things less complicated. He is very professional and highly responsive, which impressed me a lot.

After 3 months of searching, we closed on our first home. THANK YOU!
