Terrence’s roots run deep in the Southern tradition, and he owes much of who he is to his family. His height, a testament to his mother's endless nurturing, his southern manners inherited from his grandmother, and his strong work ethic instilled by his father have all shaped my character. As a former Division 1 football player at NC State, Terrence understands the true essence of teamwork. With its warm southern hospitality, Raleigh is a place he calls home, and he’s eager to extend a warm southern welcome to relocating clients.

As a proud member of Keller Williams, Terrence currently serve on the KW Relocation team, making moving a smooth experience. Additionally, he earned the KW Bold designation multiple times and is the first Triangle area KW Agent of Distinction. Recently, Terrence achieved certification as a Probate Specialist, a unique skill set that sets me apart from other agents in the Triangle.
