To put it simply, Terri is an exceptional agent who puts her buyer's priorities at the forefront of every action and decision in the journey to purchasing a home.

As a first-time home buyer, the experience can certainly be daunting and overwhelming. Terri understood this and took great care with every single step of the journey to not only assist us, but also teach us the ins and outs to the process. If there were 10 stars, I would have checked them all. When my sister-in-law died unexpectedly last October, my husband Michael was made the executor of her estate. We did not know where to turn. Luckily, we found Terri and she was able to help us with the process of getting the house sold. She helped us locate different people to correct problems with the house. The house was put on the market and within one day it was sold. Terri still keeps in touch to check on things and see if we ever need anything else. She is so personable and really cares about the family that is getting the house and selling the house so remember if you need someone to be honest and trustworthy make sure you choose Terri!

I must say we had an amazing experience with Terri! I chose her as my realtor one because she was referred to by a friend and secondly she listened and didn’t seem too busy for my needs and is extremely nice! She went above and beyond for us to move into our home for the move in date that we wanted at a time where there was not much available! She was very knowledgeable and broke down everything to us and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. The entire process went very smoothly and she was one phone call away no matter the time and day! Highly, highly recommend!!

Terri was absolutely fabulous!!! Could not ask for a better realtor. She is the epitome of professional. Always kind and courteous. And we absolutely made her crazy. She went above and beyond for us. We are in Pennsylvania, and she did videos of several properties. Always called back within minutes of our call, text or email. Very knowledgeable about the area and where we were looking. She knows what she is doing and does it extremely well. Will definitely recommend her for any listing whether buying or selling. Working with Terri Bauerlin from Keller-Williams was a wonderful experience. She went way above & beyond meeting our expectations in helping purchase our new SC home. She helped negotiate our offers and counter offers in a very professional manner. She helped us obtain HVAC & home painting estimates. She found us a person to clean our new home & clean the carpets before we moved in. Terri even met with our HVAC contractor & let them in to install a new system along with a hot water heater also before we moved our stuff into the house. She was always on time. She even helped us establish utilities in our name with the proper contact information she provided to us. Terri was amazing! We were only in town for a few days and could only see houses in 2 short time frames due to our schedules. She was more than accommodating to our needs and crazy schedules. We had a mini marathon of house showings. Terri was able to book house showings back to back, she drove us to each explaining the areas as we went. She was very knowledgeable of the local shops, restaurants, schools, and local activities for each home we saw. She provided us with detailed home stats including pictures and comps for each area. With seeing that many houses back to back it made it so much easier to remember all the important details. Terri thought of everything even down to the fresh water and snacks she had to keep us going for hours. Our house hunt didn’t end there once back home we sent her listings we were interested in and she was able to do videos of the homes and neighbors, even though it was pouring down rain. To say that Terri went above and beyond would be an understatement. She truly is a gem!

Terri Bauerlin is fabulous! We talked with her on the phone on a Monday and told her the basics of our desired home. We met with her on Friday and after showing us homes realized that she had listened to us! The next day she showed us a home which we purchased. Home buying, WOW!, What a process! For a first time home buyer, with Teri it was a breeze, and not as bad as I thought it would be. My boyfriend and I moved from out of state, took some time to come to SC and search for what was our idea of perfect. Mrs. Teri made sure to clear her schedule up for myself and my boyfriend. We met two days and by the second day, we found our house! I couldn’t be more happier or thankful for my choice and going with Teri. Let me begin by saying that shopping for a home in a sellers market with a small window of "looking time" can be stressful to say the least! I am so thankful that my husband and I were able to work with Terri. I came to SC by myself (my husband had to work), having never been to the state before. When I met Terri she was very friendly, with a good sense of humor (which I always appreciate). I told her what I wanted, what I didn't want and also my complete ignorance of the state. Every morning she picked me up at my hotel and we looked at houses that I had seen online (most of which were already under contract or woefully different from the pictures) as well as homes that she had access to as a realtor . Terri actually made the process enjoyable! We got to know each other, since most days we were together until the evening. She was patient, incredibly knowledgable about the areas I should or should not be looking, based on my needs, easy to talk to and quick to respond via phone or text. The home that we finally purchased was one of the first homes that Terri had shown me. It is lovely.
Terri is someone I would recommend 24/7. Keller Williams is blessed to have her.

Relocated from out of state was looking to buy with how the market is at this time, it's impossible unless I am local so she even went above and beyond met someone to show them some rental properties for me.
