Terri Benton is a full-time REALTOR®. In addition to selling Real Estate in Washington DC and Arizona, Terri Benton also has personal experience with real estate Investments. Her portfolio is comprised of fix, flipping homes, and holding properties for sale. Terri is a Certified Professional Property Stager with experience analyzing, purchasing, remodeling, and selling homes for profit. Dependable and creative, Terri provides professional real estate service with commitment, integrity, and the ability to facilitate each transaction with ease and confidence. With experience as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for "Home Hunter," a local television show highlighting homes and related products to Phoenix area viewers, and was a Property Tax Appeal consultant in Atlanta, GA, Terri knows how to balance her marketing skills with customer service. Terri works tirelessly to ensure her clients' satisfaction and all their expectations are met. She supports philanthropic endeavors centered around animal charities, the Phoenix Children's Hospital, and local area food banks. Originally from New Orleans, she loves the New Orleans Saints, hiking, golf and appreciates tasty food and drink. Terri and her husband, Chris, have two children. They have a son who works for a local Medical Distributor and a daughter who lives in Dallas and is a Sales Manager for Uber Eats/Alcohol. Chris and Terri also have a golden retriever named Zeppelin.
