Terri is very professional and knowledgeable, and a great person to work with. She helped sell my home in Fauquier County and did a fantastic job. She was able to bring in a buyer and get the house sold very close to the asking price in just a little over a month. She was very instrumental in helping get the house ready for sale, working with local contractors and maintaining excellent communication throughout the whole process. I relocated out of State for a new job prior to the sale and really had to lean on Terri for a lot of the sale preparation, including coordinating with contractors to finish some of the projects I had underway. She was superb in every aspect of the process. She knows the area and market well and provided excellent insight and analysis regarding the sale of the property. An important attribute to her success is that she possesses a motivated but also realistic mentality when communicating with you about the overall process and your specific transaction. As someone new to the selling process, I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer all of them and listen to my concerns. She made sure I fully understood each step of the process and communicated with me regularly on the status of various activities associated with the sale. Terri’s service was outstanding and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who delivers.

We sold our house with Terri. From the start, it was clear that she was dedicated to the job because she spent as much time as we needed going over comparable home sales with us, making improvement suggestions, analyzing statistics, and explaining what everything meant. She has been doing this a long time, full-time, and it shows. She completely understood and respected our goals, and met them. Terri developed a game plan early, stuck to it, and we met the timeframe in which we wanted to sell by (Unless absolutely necessary, you do NOT want an agent who brags about selling your house fast, because that means you are likely leaving money on the table). While some agents pressure you to sell at a certain price point to get the quick sale, I did not get that impression with Terri. She explained the reasoning behind her numbers, and even agreed with us when we were tempted to walk away from a deal and relist. She clearly had our best interests in mind the entire time, and I cannot stress how important and (unfortunately) rare that quality is in this business. Terri also communicated frequently and well, checking up on the house often since it was vacant. This was extremely important since we moved out of state. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Terri as your agent to sell your home.
