Terri Lahlou is a seasoned real estate professional with over 23 years of experience, complemented by more than 10 years in government and corporate sales. She holds an Associate Broker’s license in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and has earned designations including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Terri serves as Supervising Broker for the Alexandria, Culpeper, and Washington, DC offices of Century 21 New Millennium, as well as the Program Coordinator for the C21 NM Exclusive Connections Program.
In her leadership role, Terri is known for her ability to coach and mentor agents, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and integrity. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, boosting productivity, and achieving outstanding results for agents and clients. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of market trends and compliance allow her to guide her team through complex real estate challenges confidently.
Outside of work, Terri is active in the community, volunteers with local charities, and enjoys exploring Alexandria’s rich history. She has a passion for fashion and interior design, loves attending concerts, and spending time on the water at Smith Mountain Lake and the Florida Panhandle beaches. When she’s not working or pursuing her hobbies, you can find her with her three adult sons, her mini-goldendoodle, or traveling to discover new places and cultures.
