I've had the pleasure of working with Terri on several of my client's investment homes for sale in the past.
She is conscientious, detail oriented, and most of all, cares about her client's needs even above her own.
Terri is a professional's professional: title reps, escrow officers, loan agents and all those involved rave about what a true pro she is from both sides of the transaction.
She gets top dollar for her clients and gives an honest assessment of value and doesn't waste their time with pie in the sky values and long listing times.

I would not hesitate hiring Terri to sell my home or referring her to one of my family members or friends.
