Terri is an all around superb agent. She's friendly, flexible, and reliable. Our property was somewhat of a unique listing meaning the comps were severely lacking, so we endured a stressful value assessment process, but she knew to trust her instincts regarding listing price and worked diligently along with the buyer's agent to ensure the home was sold for its worth (assessors grossly underestimated the property several times). She did not shy away from researching and providing appropriate data and consulted other professionals in the field to defend what we all (agents, sellers and buyers) knew were inaccurate and undervalued estimates. Being a new experience for her, the other agent, and us, she handled everything with the utmost professionalism. She kept us up to date consistently throughout the process and we genuinely felt she advocated not just for us, her clients, but also for what was right. Her attention to detail and follow through is remarkable. Without a doubt, she was and is worth every penny and then some.
