Best choice I ever made in selecting a realtor. From start to finish she was very helpful in moving my property in less than a week. Terri is very knowledgeable of the area as well, living where you sell is a blessing! She always had the right words when I needed direction. Terri Shipp and her team are the best in the business. She is the Queen of real estate in Laurel. She has a professional team when it comes to marketing and making your house look awesome. When I sold my house she did a walk through and talked me through the process, helped me stage my house and told me what things I should keep and place where. Her team created a YouTube video for my house using a wide angle lens making it look even better then it looked.

It a good easy experience with a kind hearted down to earth person. I do recommend Terri for all you're housing buying and selling needs. Thank you Terri Shipp...
