Terri Silva

Terri Silva has learned the art of being a great real estate agent by learning the business from several different perspectives and roles. Her first exposure to real estate came working at a bank in Austin, in which she was asked to help start a foreclosure department. At one point in time, she helped manage over 300 properties. Her attention to detail, communication skills and ability to process lots of information and keep it organized was just the beginning to her honing her craft at being a great real estate agent. She then teamed up with two other agents in Denver and learned the ropes by serving a number of distinct roles: showing assistant, lead generator, transaction coordinator and more. When Terri moved to Fort Worth, she decided to start her own business and received additional training and certifications. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Terri doesn’t cut corners, she puts in the work, and she delivers for her clients. She prides herself on being honest, driven, and positive. She is extremely protective of her clients and believes in doing what is right. But don’t let Terri’s ambition fool you, she has a big heart and loves creating lifelong friendships with her clients. She loves what she does and it shows.

Terri lives in the heart of Fort Worth, in Arlington Heights, and has two grown children. When she isn’t working, she enjoys reading, attending sporting events and concerts, and going dancing.
