Terri Wade

Terri Wade moved from Atlanta GA to the Dallas Forth Worth area in 2009 after completing Graduate School and obtaining a business management position in Dallas with a Fortune 500 company in which she led a team of 11 employees. That same year Terri met her future husband Malcolm and solidified the DFW area as her permanent residence.

When Terri left Atlanta, she rented out her home and this created her first venture into real estate investing. Later selling it in 2016. Since that time, Terri and hubby have been real estate investors obtaining properties to hold and sale in the DFW area.

Terri decided to obtain her real estate license to work in a field to further her family’s investing portfolio, one in which she is passionate about and has direct experience in purchasing, selling and renting homes.

Terri understands that connecting people to one of the most endearing and valuable asset of homeownership or helping someone transition from one home to another is both a privilege and significant responsibility.
