There are a number of qualities I have appreciated in the services provided by Ms. Stewart. Among them her courtesy, understanding, consideration and her knowledge of the real estate market and property marketing to provide me with realistic recommendations to prepare my home for sale, and her tenacity and patience in pursuing and facilitating the sale and settlement process to a successful end under unusual and trying circumstances. If I seek properties anywhere in the area I would again seek out the services of Ms. Stewart and certainly recommend her to prospective buyers or sellers in the area. I believe Ms. Stewart is the model agent we all hope to find to help us navigate the trying difficulties involved in buying or selling a property.
