About Terrie

Terrie began her real estate career in May of 1976 in Simi Valley, Ca. She was a member of the million $ club that year and every year since. The Collins made their decision to move from Southern California to Nevada County in July of 1979. Terrie went to work for a Grass Valley broker/friend who had the exclusive sales of one hundred lots in Unit 7 of Lake Wildwood. Terrie sold half of those properties to her friends and clients in Southern California.

In 1980 Terrie received her Broker’s License and Larry received his real estate license. Larry is a retired building contractor. In May of 1981 Bob Nix opened the Wildwood West Real Estate office in the Holiday shopping center and Terrie came to collaborate with him. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
