Terry has over 30 years’ experience in the Florida Real Estate industry, specializing in land and investments and has developed many Agriculture subdivisions in Hernando County, Pasco, and Marion Counties. He has an Associate of Arts Degree from Pasco Hernando State College and received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 1992.
