Terry Blackwell

I am a native of Bend with 24 years as a Realtor. During my real estate career I have achieved my Certified Residential Broker designation (CRB), and been named Realtor of The Year for the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. I have also served my association as an officer and committee member including President of the COAR, and President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. I also served the City of Bend as a city counsel member for 5 years, and am a former Bend Mayor. I just finished a contract as Bend's Agent of Record where I acted as real estate advisor to the city counsel, and negotiated real estate transactions for the city.
