Other accomplishments in his real estate career that help to better serve his clients include receiving his Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) I designation within the first year of business, becoming an Association Broker, receiving his Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, and working on his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. In his spare time, Terry enjoys traveling when he can and fun trips to the casino.
