Terry Farley

Building a portfolio through careful acquisitions, renovations, Terry Farley brings decades of hands-on experience in roofing construction, transportation, insurance adjusting, and real estate investing. His career has been built on hard work, practical knowledge, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Terry works alongside his wife a long time broker realtor that has been handling transactions for buyers and sellers since 2003. They have come together to form a team.
Terry's experience in construction began as a teenager, working alongside his father roofing homes and learning the value of craftsmanship, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a lifetime of building, repairing, and investing in real estate.
In 1989, Terry earned his Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and launched a successful career in the trucking industry. Through years of dedication, he became an owner-operator, owning and operating his own truck. After more than three decades in the transportation industry, Terry retired from trucking in 2019.
While still driving professionally, Terry expanded his entrepreneurial interests by investing in residential real estate. Beginning in 2008, he started purchasing rental long-term properties. His firsthand experience as an investor gives him a practical understanding of property values, construction quality, and investment strategy building a portfolio.
Today, Terry combines his extensive background with expertise as a licensed Realtor, insurance adjuster, and roofing contractor. His unique knowledge of roofing systems, storm damage, insurance claims, and property restoration allows him to help property owners confidently navigate the inspection process when facing damages that require repairs and claims processing while understanding quality workmanship.
With experience spanning from roofing, trucking, insurance, and real estate investing, Terry offers a well-rounded perspective that few professionals can match.
