My career in real estate started 8 years ago and during this time I have developed a reputation as an ethical, forward thinking, results-oriented professional who takes a proactive approach to real estate. Now I have the privilege of focusing on buyers and sellers who are interested in taking advantage of the Florida Life Style here in Lake County.

Here in Lake County we have many choices for home buyers from unique communities, offering activities and amenities to match their personality and interests. Some are smaller, some have golf courses, some are more rural, yet they all offer a relaxing lifestyle with friendly, like-minded residents. My job is to find the one that makes the buyer happy! I am familiar with the many prime communities and can provide them with enthusiastic service to introduce them to the area. Also, we have homes located in areas with no HOA.

How does one describe Florida's Lifestyle? It’s easy; Florida's sunny weather and warm temperatures are a large part of it. The gated communities offer security and are beautifully maintained with community centers, pools, activities, clubs and more. Also, Lake County is located just northwest of Orlando and the attractions, and only a short distance from either the Gulf Coast or the Atlantic. There is always something to do! Before moving to Florida I had the fortune of living in many different states from Missouri to Ohio and Indiana to Taxes! So, when I was blessed with the opportunity to relocate in Central Florida, my wife of 40 years was ecstatic and quickly made the decision for me. Who could say "no" to that? As an Air Force veteran I learned early that ethics and straight forward thinking are an important part of life and I have carried this belief forward into my career as a private computer contractor and now as a broker.
